We have eight rooms that have been beautifully refurbished to the highest standard. The stylish décor has been thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and relaxation with calming colours, plush textiles and soft bed linen creating the perfect blend of rural charm and modern flair.
Reflecting our Being Mindful pledge, which is our commitment to operating as sustainably as possible, we have taken the upmost care and invested considerable time and effort in selecting the various products & furnishings for our rooms. Everything from cosy vegan duvets made from recycled plastic bottles (yes that’s right!) to water saving showers and environmentally friendly toiletries.
The complimentary in room refreshments are plastic free wherever possible and we have provided bins that encourage guests to separate their recycling. The light bulbs are all LED and many pieces of our furniture have been sourced from a company that specialises in upcycling.
After a great night’s sleep on one of our super comfy beds, enjoy a complimentary, freshly prepared hot or cold breakfast in our restaurant. For those in a hurry, a takeaway breakfast can be provided.

THE BARNS
Our five Barn rooms are well-appointed, double rooms with en-suite bathrooms and all the modern conveniences you’d need for an enjoyable stay.
One of our Barn rooms (The Barn – Grand) provides greater accessibility for those that would find that beneficial. It can be configured as a Super King or Twin room and has wet room en-suite facilities with a level access shower. There is also space in the room for a travel cot which can be provided upon request. Dogs are allowed in this room (a maximum of two & a surcharge is applicable – please read our hotel terms and conditions below for full details).
THE EAVES
All three of our Eaves rooms are individually furnished so each has its own slightly different feel and they are located within the main building, accessed via a short flight of stairs. These rooms are slightly larger, enabling them to be configured as either a Super King or Twin room each with their own en-suite. They also have sufficient space for a travel cot which can be provided upon request. Dogs are allowed in these rooms (a maximum of two & a surcharge is applicable – please read our hotel terms and conditions below for full details).

Not only that, but we’re surrounded by picturesque, tranquil countryside and yet within easy reach of various major road networks and main line train stations. We’re also a stone’s throw from various local attractions such as Waddesdon Manor, Bicester Village and the beautiful city of Oxford to name but a few amazing places to visit.
